The basics
- Phase 1 (adopted Dec 2023, applications from Feb 2024): up to 3 dwelling units on SF-1, SF-2 and SF-3 lots
- Phase 2 (effective Nov 2024): one home allowed on lots of at least 1,800 sq ft
- Deed restrictions and HOAs still apply
